BILT was founded by Braden Jones — a home services operator who scaled a business from $1M to $25M and saw firsthand how much revenue leaks out of local service businesses that don’t use AI.
I spent 10 years in home services. As VP of Customer Acquisition at Zinga’s, I scaled the company from $1M to $25M — managing every aspect of marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
I’ve also worked with several other home services companies. I saw the same problems everywhere: missed calls, slow follow-ups, no reviews, manual scheduling, leads falling through the cracks.
Every owner I talked to knew they “needed AI” but had no idea where to start. The consultants they met with sold strategy decks, not working systems. The AI tools were cheap but nobody could configure them.
So I started BILT — to do what nobody else was doing: actually install AI systems into local service businesses. Not strategy. Not theory. Just working AI that answers calls, follows up leads, and generates reviews.
We started in home services because that’s what I know. But the same problems exist in restoration, med spas, veterinary clinics, senior care, property management, collision — any business that relies on phone calls, appointments, and reviews. So we expanded.
